A movement that empowers people to show up with clarity, calm and courage, to have a better relationship with themselves, others and the times we're in, and to create truly meaningful, systemic change.

Becoming the Change is about shifting how we exist in the world - it's evolving our 'being' purpose so that we lead change from a grounded and authentic place. It's about creating a space where we can show up just as we are, where we make it cool to be imperfect, we make it ok to feel lost, we welcome all parts of us - from the playful to the grieving, the lonely to the wise. We lovingly explore the depths of ourselves at our own pace and we bring kindness, acceptance and understanding to ourselves and one another.
This is a movement for people who want to find a way to create impact in a way that feels energising, fulfilling, and easeful and are ready to look within themselves, so that we can collectively create a more conscious and regenerative future where all beings thrive.

What is Becoming the Change about?
In this video from the first Welcome Gathering, I share the personal journey that led me to create Becoming the Change - from 10 years working in international development and sustainability, to hitting a low point where I realised I was pouring all my energy into fixing the outer world while neglecting to look at what was holding me back within - the inner critic, the overwhelm and the misalignment
Through coaching, mindfulness, systems thinking, and self-inquiry, I began to understand how my inner world was shaping my outer world experience - and as I started to share, I found many other changemakers were having similar experiences.
What emerged was a desire to create a space for people like us: people who care deeply about making the world a better place and want to contribute in a way that feels more energising, fulfilling, and sustainable.
In the video, I introduce the three core themes of Becoming the Change:
Our relationship to the world – how we hold the weight of what’s happening and find more ease and resilience in the face of uncertainty.
Our relationship to ourselves – how self-judgement and perfectionism hold us back, and how self-acceptance unlocks our confidence, impact, and wellbeing.
Our unique path to contribution – how to reconnect with what lights us up, so we can find ways of working and living that truly align with who we are and what kind of future we want to create.
Becoming the Change is about coming home to ourselves — not striving to be more but remembering who we already are. It’s about shifting how we see and relate to ourselves and the world, so we can show up with greater presence, purpose, and ease. Because when we let go of who we think we should be and step into who we truly are, we become far more capable of creating meaningful, lasting change and this is a place we can do that together.

Through solo reflections and deep conversations with amazing guests, The On Becoming the Change podcast explores the relationship between inner transformation and systemic change.
We explore topics like - how to be well in a climate crisis, the power of systems and regenerative thinking, the drama triangle of sustainability, the importance of mindfulness and consciousness, and the role of self-awareness and coaching in creating a regenerative future.
Ultimately we uncover how the way we think, feel, and show up in the world directly shapes our experience and our impact and how we can be happy and fulfilled AND make a deeply systemic and meaningful impact.
