Conscious Evolution Collage
The Conscious Evolution Collage is a collaborative and creative workshop designed to help you understand and address the complex sustainability challenges of the 21st century. Through this workshop, you will access breakthrough knowledge and innovative ways of thinking, based on New World Together transdisciplinary research findings that can empower and enlighten you. During the workshop, you will work as a team with different sets of cards containing key information about the global sustainability challenges, their hidden root causes, and their solutions. Your mission is to use your individual and collective intelligence to connect the dots and organize the cards to have a clear picture that allows you to:
- Develop your sense-making: learn to use a systemic approach to grasp the interrelated sustainability challenges threatening our globalised civilisation as well as their fundamental causes.
- Expand your consciousness: recognise unsustainable behaviour patterns, their past origins, hidden root causes, and how they are perpetuated beneath our collective level of awareness.
- Enhance your creative powers: identify individual, collective, and societal solutions that enable conscious change toward a sustainable and desirable future for all.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for anyone who wishes to better understand the global sustainability challenges of our time and how they can contribute to the solution. It is also for those who want to connect with like-minded individuals and positive changemakers.
This is a full day event with lunch and refreshments included. As part of the workshop, there will be time to connect with others, to spend time in nature and to integrate the learnings and reflect on what they mean for you.
The event is being held at Brazier’s Park in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

Authenticity - 4 part workshop series with Treo House
A new 4-part workshop series in collaboration with Treo House, supporting sustainability professionals to create change in a way that feels authentic and energising. Workshops run every other Wednesday evening at Treo House in Oval, London from 6-7:30pm starting on the 29th October and ending on the 10th December.
As sustainability professionals, we care deeply. We want to make a difference and be part of shaping a better future. But in the face of so much complexity and urgency, it’s easy to lose ourselves. We can become so focused on what we’re doing out there that we disconnect from what’s happening within.
This workshop series is an invitation to pause and remember that meaningful change doesn’t have to come at the cost of your wellbeing. The way you know and care for yourself is part of the change. Who you are being matters just as much as what you do.
These workshops are designed for changemakers helping you explore how to create change in a more authentic way. You’re welcome to attend any of the sessions as a one-off or join the full series. You can read about all of the workshops below:
Leading change from within - an invitation to explore what it means to lead change from authenticity - to show up as your full self in your life and work, and to contribute in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
- Wednesday 29th October, 6pm - 7:30pm @ Treo House, Oval, London
Finding ease with what is - overwhelm, fear, grief - uncomfortable yet understandable feelings that come with working on the world's biggest problems. This workshop creates space to acknowledge our feelings and explore how to handle them.
- Wednesday 12th November, 6pm - 7:30pm @ Treo House, Oval, London
Developing a kinder relationship to self - we're giving our all to caring for the world, yet perhaps we aren't so good at caring for ourselves. This workshop creates space to acknowledge how this may be impacting you and how to extend your compassion inwards.
- Wednesday 26th November, 6pm - 7:30pm @ Treo House, Oval, London
Finding your unique contribution - you are committed to the outer purpose of sustainability, but something about your work still feels a bit off. This workshop creates space to explore how to contribute to systemic change in a way that feels truly authentic to you.
- Wednesday 10th December, 6pm - 7:30pm @ Treo House, Oval, London

Mindfulness for Changemakers
An evening of mindfulness for changemakers — a chance to pause, to nourish yourself, and to connect with others working to create a more sustainable and just world.
Mindfulness has long been a refuge for those working in the climate movement - from activists, policymakers, sustainability professionals, systemic change practitioners and social changemakers. In times of challenge and uncertainty, these practices help us find steadiness, resilience, and hope.
The evening will be peer-led and inspired by the Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, offering guided meditations, a mindful reading, and space for group sharing. We’ll begin with a wholesome vegan meal, followed by gentle practices that are accessible whether you are completely new or more experienced in meditation. The event is hosted in a cosy Bedouin tent in Liverpool Street.

The Changemaker's Journey - Discovering The Inner Players That Drive and Drain You
Do you find yourself overworking? Having big ambitions for impact but often feeling exhausted and frustrated? Feeling like you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? Or sacrificing your own wellbeing for the greater good?
If you’re someone who is working to make a positive contribution to the world, you might recognise some of the patterns that can come with that.
What if you better understood the parts of you that contribute to these patterns?
What if you understood how to get back into balance so you feel energised and fulfilled in your changemaking journey?
This workshop is a space to pause and get curious about the roles you play in your work to make a positive contribution. Through looking at 4 different inner archetypes (the warrior, the caretaker, the visionary and the explorer) we will explore how they have helped you lead and make an impact, and where they might be draining you or keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll explore different ways of being that might enable us to create change from a more balanced, easeful and energised place.
You’ll leave with more self-awareness, a deeper connection to your inner world and a felt sense of how you might relate differently to yourself and your change work.
What you’ll experience in this workshop:
A deeper understanding of the inner archetypes that often show up in the lives of changemakers - the Warrior, Caregiver, Visionary, and Explorer
Creative and embodied practices to help you connect with your inner world — including grounding, visualisation, journaling, and open sharing
A chance to reflect on how your inner parts have helped you — and where they may be holding you back or draining you
Deeper self-awareness and understand how the parts of you might be influencing your habits, patterns, and energy
A sense of connection with others who care deeply about making a difference, and a chance to explore how you can move forward from a more balanced and aligned place
This is a gentle, playful, and reflective space where there’s no “right” way to be. All parts of you are welcome.
Join us if you want to better understand yourself and how you can lead change from a more whole and balanced place.

Becoming the Change Gathering
If you're someone who’s been working to make the world a better place - in sustainability, purpose-led business, social impact or systemic change - and you’ve started to feel a bit lost, worn out, or disconnected, you’re not alone.
You might be struggling to feel like you’re doing enough. You may be feeling exhausted from doing too much and not seeing any changes. You may be feeling lonely or like you are carrying the heavy emotional weight of the work. You may be feeling disillusioned and questioning your direction and contribution.
This gathering is a space for people who are feeling this way and who want to live, lead, and contribute in a meaningful and systemic way that feels energising, fulfilling and easeful.
This is a space to let go of the outer world problems and to gently look within, to see and understand what’s happening for you in the here and now - what personal challenges you are facing in your change work, what you want to work on and how you can become the person you want to be.
A space to explore what it means to lead authentically - to take off the mask, let down the walls and just be you. And connect with other people just being them.
A space to slow down, to pause and be present and to reconnect with yourself, others and your greater purpose.
A space to bring your whole self and explore who you want to be in these times.
This gathering is for changemakers, who want to create real meaningful change a different way, to come together in a cosy space in Vauxhall to practice being present and to connect more deeply with ourselves and others who are feeling similar so you can leave feeling calmer, more resourced and more connected.

Mindful Nature Connection Walk
A walk where like-minded people who care about people and the environment can come together to mindfully connect with nature and have heart-felt discussions.
This walk in the beautiful Surrey Hills invites you to take the time to slow down and reconnect with yourself, with others and with nature.
As part of the walk there will be a chance to explore a reflective question about what wisdom nature holds for us, along with a mindfulness activity to help us reconnect with the present moment and nature around us. As well as lots of time for conversation, pointing out birds or trees and a potential pub trip after.

Becoming the Change Online Gathering
A calm, welcoming space for changemakers who want to explore how we can create change in a more energising, fulfilling and easeful way.
You might be working in sustainability, social impact, purpose-led business or another space where you’re trying to contribute to a better world. And yet - despite your passion and commitment - you may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed or anxious.
You might be struggling to feel like you’re doing enough. You may be feeling disillusioned by your change work. You may be feeling lonely and like you are carrying the heavy emotional weight of the work. You may be questioning your direction and contribution.
If any of that resonates, this gathering is for you.
This session is a chance to arrive just as you are, to explore what it means to become the change and to connect with others feeling similarly.
We’ll start with a short check in and grounding practice to help us settle and arrive. I will share some of the inner challenges often faced by changemakers and how these can impact our lives. You'll then get into pairs or small groups to discuss the challenge that is most alive for you, then we will come back together for sharing and discuss different ways we can resource ourselves so we can feel better in ourselves and in our change work.

Becoming The Change Welcome Gathering
This is the first online gathering for Becoming the Change – a space for people working toward a better world who want to reconnect with themselves and others.
It’s a gentle, welcoming session for those feeling disillusioned, overwhelmed, or unsure how to keep going in their changemaking work. Whether you’re working in sustainability, social impact, or purpose-led business, this is a chance to come together and explore a new way of creating change – one rooted in wellbeing, authenticity, and alignment.
We’ll begin with a grounding practice, share the story behind the movement, and offer space to connect in small groups about what’s feeling most alive for you right now and how the movement can support you.
If you want to attend but aren’t free, sign up to the event or join the mailing list and I will share a recording with you.

Mindfulness for Changemakers
To mark the beginning of London Climate Action Week, we’re inviting changemakers of all kinds – activists, policymakers, sustainability leaders, social innovators – to gather in community, cultivate inner calm, and build resilience for the week ahead.
This is our first outdoor peer-led mindfulness gathering, inspired by the Zen Buddhist tradition of Plum Village. Together, we’ll pause from the urgency of change-making to reconnect with presence, peace and one another.
We’ll begin with teas, cakes, and gentle conversation from 2.30pm, followed by a guided sitting meditation, walking meditation, and space for group sharing. We’ll close with a nourishing vegan meal and time to connect more deeply with fellow changemakers.
This session is open to everyone – whether you are new to mindfulness or have an existing practice.
Places are limited to 50, so please register in advance. Attendance is free, with optional donations to help cover venue and food costs.
