About me
After a decade working in corporates, government and start-ups in sustainability and international development, I found myself overwhelmed, full of anxiety about the future, lost in how best to make an impact and questioning whether my work was really making a difference. I cared deeply but I was close to burn out.
The more I learnt about systemic change and personal development, the stronger my belief became that the most impactful way to create a better world had to come from within me. Through coaching and therapy, I uncovered what that meant for me - living in line with my values, developing a more compassionate and mindful attitude towards myself and life, knowing what my unique skills were and how to live a life more true to myself. I found being on the path to become the most authentic version of myself was the best way I could contribute to the future I want to be part of creating. I became a coach so I could support others to do the same and find their own unique path.
I support people who may be feeling overwhelmed, disillusioned and unfulfilled in their change work to support them to find more joy, contentment and peace within themselves and what's happening in the world and to feel empowered to create the change they want to see.
Whether it's through coaching, workshops, group programmes or hosting community events, I create spaces where changemakers can find more calm and ease with the unfolding complexity we face and to step into their fullest potential to make a difference from a resourced, joyful, and aligned place. I help people reconnect with what really matters to them, to build emotional resilience, and find more joy, energy, and to live more authentically in how they live and lead change.
As well as training in ICF-accredited courses in Climate Change Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming and Transformative Coaching, I have also deeply explored systems thinking, mindfulness, embodied regeneration and consciousness, and I bring this joined up insight into all that I do.
I host Mindful Nature Connection walks in Surrey, Conscious Evolution Collage workshops, and have been part of the team setting up a Mindfulness for Changemakers group in London, inspired by the Zen Buddhist teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. If I'm not doing all of this, you will most likely find me in my other happy places - walking in the woods with my dog, Albie, either swimming, dancing or at yoga, or hanging out with my young nieces and nephews.
