Reconnection and Clarity Retreat Day

A restorative retreat day for changemakers wanting to more deeply connect with nature and themselves and find more clarity on what matters.

Held in a beautiful, calm setting surrounded by nature, this is an opportunity to step away from the urgency of change and the busyness of doing, to practice just being and reconnecting with yourself, with nature and with what truly matters.

This group retreat is for those who care deeply about creating change in the world, who:

  • may be feeling overwhelmed by the scale of the challenges we face and stretched or worn down from trying to make a difference,

  • may feel disconnected or disillusioned by their change work and want to find more clarity on how to move forward,

  • may be going through a life or career transition, or sense one approaching.

  • may simply feel the call to spend more time in nature and step out of the busyness of daily life.

This is a small group retreat for people who are navigating the complexity of creating change in today’s world, and who want to deepen their connection to nature, to connect more deeply with like-minded others and to find more clarity in their lives.

If this sounds like you, this day has been designed to give you the space to truly slow down and reconnect.

What the day will be like

We will spend the day gently moving between guided mindfulness practices, time in nature and having reflective conversation with others.

The day will include:

  • Guided mindfulness practices in nature

  • A nature vision quest to explore the wisdom nature holds for you

  • Individual, paired and group sharing and reflection

  • A nourishing plant-based lunch

  • A guided deep relaxation practice

Nothing to figure out, no need to perform, no expectations on how you show up, just a space for you to connect with what's true for you.

The retreat takes place at Big Wood Estate , a secluded 200-acre farm run on permaculture principles in Surrey, with a deep recognition for living in harmony with the land. Nature and the land will hold and support the day and weather permitting we will spend most of the day outside.

The day will enable you to leave with:

  • A deeper feeling of connection to the natural world.

  • A sense of calm and having more deeply rested.

  • Feeling more grounded.

  • More clarity into what matters and how to move forward.

  • A feeling of togetherness, from being with like-minded people on a similar journey.
